Y11 Geography Residential Field Study Visit to Juniper Hall – Application Form

This application form is for a four day/three night residential study visit for Y11 students studying GCSE Geography. The dates for this visit are 14th – 17th October 2020.

Please complete the application form below to apply for a place for your daughter/son on the Y11 Geography field study visit to Juniper Hall.  The deadline for application is Friday 28th February 2020. 

The application will only be processed once it has been completed online and the deposit paid via Parentpay.

• This form and the payment of the deposit represents a firm commitment by you to the visit. Your deposit is non-refundable.
• Acceptance onto this visit is dependent on behaviour and attendance.

Cost of Visit

The total cost of the visit is expected to be in the region of £375.
