Y9 Study Visit to PGL Caythorpe Court

Application Form

This application form is for a five day (four night) study visit to PGL Caythorpe Court in Grantham, Lincolnshire from Monday 11^th until Friday 15^th July 2022.

Please complete the application form below to apply for a place for your daughter/son on the visit.  The deadline for application is Sunday 31st October 2021.

The application will only be processed once it has been completed online and the deposit is paid via Parentpay.

Please note:

• This form and the payment of the deposit represents a firm commitment by you to the visit. Your deposit is non-refundable.
• Acceptance onto this visit is dependent on behaviour and attendance.

Cost of Visit

The total cost of the visit is expected to be in the region of £490.

The initial deposit is £70 which is due by Sunday 31st October 2021.  The preferred method of payment is ParentPay. If you have forgotten your ParentPay login details, please contact [email protected].

Payment Schedule:

£60 (interim instalments)	at the end of each month from November until April 2022 inclusive.
