Below you will find links to the forms required to provide our Admissions Manager with the details required for all students who are starting at the Anglo and other useful information.
Some of the forms below are required for all students and some are only required if relevant for your daughter/son, so they are grouped accordingly below. Any queries about the information on this page should be raised with the Admissions Manager at [email protected].
When completing any forms, please make sure you press the 'Submit' button as partially completed forms are not saved.
